Rose Jane McGowan (born September 5, 1973, Florence, Italy) is an American actress.

Natural to an American mother of French descent and an Irish father who were members of the Children of God, and a 2nd oldest of vi toddlers, Rose's parents divorced & she moved to Gig Harbor, Washington, when she was just nine years old.
